Mission

Saint Mary School is a parochial school committed to providing a quality Catholic education to children of various religions, ethnic, and economic backgrounds in a safe and nuturing enviornment, Pre-K through grade eight.

Philosophy

Saint Mary School, established in 1888, is a faith community which offers the rewards of Christian Education-Message, Knowledge, Community and Service. Saint Mary School provides a nurturing setting for students from the city and surrounding towns. The School strives to develop the growth of its students through a comprehensive and integrated program of region which addresses the diverse backgrounds and abilities of its students. The family atmosphere of Saint Mary School assures all students the opportunity to become morally conscious and responsible citizens. We believe the total personal growth of our students will be achieved by encouraging them to recognize and develop their God-given talents.
